Her responsibilities include leading compliance checks for proposals and guaranteeing that all submissions meet the rigorous requirements outlined in RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. She also performs comprehensive proofreading and content reviews to ensure high-quality standards and compliance. Additionally, she manages proposal development workspaces in MS Teams and Sharefile, overseeing document flow and ensuring the quality of final submissions.
Prior to joining ProposalHelper, Karuna served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Northern Trust Bank. In this role, she gained extensive experience conducting compliance and risk analyses for U.K. and North American clients, ensuring adherence to stringent investment guidelines. She also worked with clients from the EMEA and APAC regions.
Karuna holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Rani Channamma University in Belagavi, Karnataka.
